North of Berlin is less a specific location and more a moment on a journey. You might experience it in the open landscapes of Ontario, between two fjords in Norway or on a misty mountain pass in Switzerland.

Sometimes the weather is rough. Then suddenly the sun breaks through the clouds and the light changes everything.

North of Berlin represents those moments on the road — when the ride becomes something more than simply getting from one place to another.

THE DESIGNER

North of Berlin products are designed by Karsten März, a motorcycle enthusiast and product designer with many years of experience in motorcycle apparel development. Karsten worked for many well-known international brands.

His design philosophy is simple: motorcycle gear should combine protection, functionality and timeless design for any type of motorcycle.

Every product is developed with the goal of creating equipment that riders can rely on for many years.

WHY THE NAME

Why North of Berlin?

The name North of Berlin reflects the open landscapes and changing weather conditions that often define riding in northern Europe. Wide roads, long distances and unpredictable weather demand motorcycle gear that is functional, durable and reliable.

The brand was created with exactly these conditions in mind — gear designed to perform when the weather changes and the ride continues.

But to be honest, it is that easy: Karsten lives north of the German capital, Berlin.

Expanding to North America

In North America the brand is represented by Moto Reloaded Gear Inc., the official distributor for the region.
