Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. The North of Berlin Canada store ships across Canada.
Orders currently ship from our warehouse in Germany while our Canadian warehouse is being prepared.
Will I have to pay duties or import taxes?
No.
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means all duties and import taxes are already included, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship the next business day.
Typical delivery times to Canada are 5–10 business days, depending on location.
Once our Canadian warehouse is operational, shipping times will become even faster.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $250.
For orders below this threshold, shipping costs of $15 are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes.
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition.
Is there a return fee?
Returns are possible for $10, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Do I need to send the return back to Germany?
No.
Returns are handled within Canada, so you do not need to ship products back to Germany.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes.
If you need a different size or product, we offer free exchanges.
